The Empowerment in Education  Program

The key to success in education is not just your level of intelligence but also your ability to stay motivated, focussed, confident and positive! As an experienced Psychologist, Teacher and Examiner I am now offering a course designed to help students during periods of high stress as well as A Level Psychology tuition! I believe the breadth and depth of my skills and knowledge are highly essential and beneficial for students not just in their exam success but also in their next steps after school or college and their overall mental health and wellbeing in the future!

You will learn and be supported in areas such as how to reduce stress, anxiety and negative emotions by increasing your self esteem, emotional control, self confidence and resilience. You will also learn how to manage time and work load effectively and deal with exam pressure, stress and panic! These skills are highly essential and beneficial for students not just in your exam success but also in your future life paths and overall long term mental health and wellbeing!

 

The program starts by looking at the Biopsychological and Evolutionary aspects of the stress and anxiety responses that we experience every day. We will then focus on identifying current issues that may be causing you to have these reactions and understanding how and why they are effecting you.

 

You will then learn many new skills and techniques in order to manage stress based on Cognitive Behavioural Psychology, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness. You will also receive a free Empowerment Pack full of resources and techniques for you to use straight away!

 

Over the 3 sessions you will be practicing and building on these new skills so you can adapt and manage stress and anxiety provoking situations in a more effective and Psychologically healthy way so you are free to achieve your full educational potential!

3.How to deal with panic

4.How to apply these techniques to your education and continue to improve in the future through Empowering Education!

All sessions are conducted via live online sessions can be done at your convenience. The course can be completed individually or as part or a group.
