8 Steps to Empowerment
1. Flourish
In this session you will learn the key concepts and ideologies of the formula and how they can improve your emotional health
2. Truth
In this session we examine our perceptions and core beliefs in order to dispute how true they actually are
3. Strengths
In this session we assess your thinking styles and see if they are having negative or positive effects on your thoughts, feelings and behaviour
4. Connections
This sessions focuses on the difference between stress and anxiety and what they do as well as how our minds and bodies are connected
5. Resiliance
This session looks at our emotional control, whether it is internal or external and how we can improve it in order to increase resiliance
6. Freedom
In this session we focus on social anxiety and phobias. Previously learnt knowledge is used to challenge the cause of these emotions and techniques are taught to reduce them
7. Confidence
This session focuses on the huge importance our self esteem and confidence has on our emotions and behaviours. Techniques are shown which will improve these areas
8. Empowerment
In the last session all past information, concepts and ideologies are recapped. Any future issues can then be dealt with with ease and confidence!
