12 Week Programme

The course is divided into 12 sections and each week we will cover a different area which all work towards increasing your emotional health and overall wellbeing. All of my programmes are entirely bespoke and tailored to you and your needs in order to help you in the most effective way to achieve your goals!

This course covers the core knowledge, skills and techniques included in the 6 week course but has more focussed sessions on anxiety, self esteem, confidence as well as other areas that can restrict you from achieving your goals. It also allows us to spend more time on troubling issues or experiences which may require longer to overcome.

After the course you will receive a free booster session which allows us to catch up and discuss how the tools and techniques you have learnt have been working so we can analyse and improve them in order to give you continued support on your journey.
