Individual Empowerment Coaching
My individual sessions are designed to increase your self esteem, confidence, resilience, emotional control and overall feeling of mental and emotional empowerment. This in turn helps to decrease and control feelings such as stress, anxiety, fear, negativity, phobias and low mood. This is achieved using client centred talking therapy and techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness and the new ground breaking are of Positive Psychology in order to help you to achieve your mental and emotional health goals leading to long term emotional Empowerment!

Individual sessions can be booked on their own or in blocks at a discounted price. We are all unique so all sessions are tailored to your personal needs and goals.
